The key difference: crosslisting vs profit tracking
A crosslisting tool republishes one listing across several marketplaces to save listing time, then auto-delists when it sells. Vendoo and List Perfectly do this exceptionally well — but they do not calculate your net margin after platform fees and taxes.
Margeo does the opposite: it records what you bought, what you sold, the platform fee, shipping and taxes per item, and shows your real net margin. If you buy a lot in a brocante or on Facebook Marketplace, it splits the bundle cost across the items inside it, so each flip shows its true profit — not just "sale price minus purchase price".

Pricing is in different currencies for a reason. Vendoo and List Perfectly target the US market, where buyers and sellers are on Poshmark and Mercari. Margeo targets France, Belgium and Luxembourg, where Vinted and Leboncoin dominate and sellers must file micro-entrepreneur returns.
Why European resellers need a profit tracker (not a crosslister)
In France, if you resell regularly you file under the micro-BIC regime: 12.3% of total revenue (9.3% in year one with ACRE) goes to URSSAF, and platforms like Vinted report your earnings to the tax office via DAC7 once you pass 2,000 EUR or 30 sales per platform. This is a real tax obligation — not a spreadsheet nicety.
- URSSAF on revenue, not margin. A 30 EUR sale means 3.69 EUR of contributions on the full 30 EUR, even after a 6 EUR platform fee. Many sellers under-save for this.
- DAC7 threshold tracking. Margeo alerts you as you approach 2,000 EUR or 30 sales per platform, so you register your micro-enterprise before the first automatic report.
- ACRE countdown. The reduced 9.3% rate lasts 12 months; Margeo switches back automatically.
- Bundle cost splitting. A 60 EUR lot of five items becomes 12 EUR COGS per item — you only see the real per-flip profit if this is handled.
When Vendoo and List Perfectly still win
- Four-plus US marketplaces — Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop in parallel; crosslisting is their core.
- Bulk delist / relist — refreshing hundreds of stale listings to boost visibility.
- Photo background removal + AI listing drafts — included on their mid and top tiers.
- Poshmark automation — sharing and auto-offers on their Pro plans.
When Margeo is the better fit
- Vinted or Leboncoin as your main channel — native support, no beta, no workarounds.
- You file micro-enterprise or self-employment tax in France or Europe and want it automated.
- You source in person (brocante, vide-grenier) and need offline entry at the stall.
- You want the real net margin per item, not just which platforms are listing.
- You want a free plan — Margeo's 10-item free tier has no card and never expires.
A worked margin example
You buy a lot of five winter jackets at a brocante for 60 EUR and list one on Vinted at 32 EUR (shipping paid by the buyer).
| Line item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Sale price (Vinted) | 32.00 EUR |
| Vinted seller commission | 0.00 EUR (0% seller fee) |
| COGS (bundle split: 60 ÷ 5) | −12.00 EUR |
| Packaging | −0.50 EUR |
| URSSAF (12.3% × 32) | −3.94 EUR |
| Net margin | 15.56 EUR |
A crosslisting tool would show this jacket "listed on 3 platforms". Only a profit tracker shows you kept 15.56 EUR — before you even account for the four jackets still in stock.
Track net profit across your actual platforms
Crosslisting tools solve one problem (copying a listing) and are great at it. They are not accounting tools. If your goal is to know what you actually earn per sale after fees and taxes, you need a profit ledger that understands your platforms and your tax regime.
Margeo's Vinted tracker logs item cost and sale price per flip, splits lot costs, and applies URSSAF and DAC7 automatically. Compare the fee structures first with our platform fee comparison, or see how to pick a tool in our best reseller profit trackers 2026 roundup.
